- Procediamo poi facendo la crema, mettiamo in ammollo per prima cosa la gelatina, poi mettiamo in una ciotola il formaggio fresco con il fruttosio ed amalgamiamo, aggiungiamo quindi semi della bacca di vaniglia.
- Dopo aver amalgamato il tutto aggiungiamo lo yogurt e continuiamo a mescolare, nel frattempo la gelatina si sarà ben ammorbidita quindi ls sciogliamo in un pentolino con 30 g d'acqua calda e quando sarà totalmente sciolta incorporiamola al composto di formaggio yogurt.
- Dopo aver amalgamato tutti gli ingredienti e avendo ottenuto un composto omogeneo e cremoso versiamo la sulla base di biscotto ormai fredda e livelliamo la crema.
- Mettiamo la nostra cheesecake in frigo per almeno 4 ore fino a farla rassodare per bene poi serviamola con la decorazione che più ci piace.
