- Cuocere gli spaghetti in abbondante acqua salata e una volta cotti (al dente mi raccomando!!) scolarli e versarli nella padella con l'olio e alici. Spadellare affinché gli spaghetti si insaporiscano. Versare poi il pesto aggiungendo un po' di acqua di cottura e amalgamare il tutto per un paio di minuti. Al termine impiattare gli spaghetti in un piatto dove avevamo già adagiato ai lati un piccola dose di pesto (per guarnire). Guarnire il tutto con della granella di pistacchi sopra gli spaghetti.
