- Preparare una ciotola di caffè farlo raffreddare
- Dividere le uova, montare l'albume con un cucchiaio di zucchero, poi mondare i tuorli con lo zucchero devono diventare bianche, dopo aggiungere gli albumi senza farli smontare dopo aggiungere il mascarpone
- Poi montare a parte la panna dopo aggiungere al composto, preparare una pirofila, sistemare i savoiardi bagnarli con il caffè poi aggiungere la crema fare a strati fino alla fine, l'ultimo strato bagnare i savoiardi metterci la crema poi le gocce di cioccolato solo sull'ultimo strato, infine mettere il cacao sopra….
