Spegnere il fuoco e travasare gli spaghetti in una padella fredda aggiungere immediatamente le uova sbattute e mescolare con forza roteando. Se fosse necessario aggiungere un filo di acqua calda di cottura.
  5. Servire con del pepe grattugiato.
