Passi da fare Carbonara (Made by Me):
- Mettere la pancetta a cubetti sul fuoco per farle sciogliere il suo grasso. Tenerla sul fuoco fino a che non si è scurita. (Attenzione a non bruciarla.)
- Prendere le uova, aprirle, e separare il tuorlo dall'albume. Mettere il tuorlo (il giallo dell'uovo) in un piatto e l'albume (la parte trasparente) in una scodella. Specifico perché faccio fatica ancora oggi a ricordarmi i nomi delle due parti! haha
- Aggiungete il pepe e un goccio di latte, e sbattete il tutto.
- Aggiungete in seguito il parmigiano. E sbattete di nuovo il tutto.
- Pesate la pasta (a seconda delle persone che mangiano. Io di solito faccio 80 gr. a testa)
- Buttate la pasta, aspettate il tempo di cottura (ovviamente aggiungere il sale), e quando gli spaghetti sono pronti metterli nella pirofila in cui avete messo la pancetta. E aggiungete le uova con tutto il resto che avete sbattuto a parte. (l'albume c'è chi lo mette, chi lo toglie. Io lo tolgo sempre)
- Non ho fatto la foto alla pasta pronta perché avevo troppa fame e me la son magnata… dimenticandomi di fotografare il tutto. :P
